Toby and the eagle教案
一、教学目标
1. 能够熟练运用I can see...和I can...句型,在公园的语境中描述我能看见什么;
2. 借助图文和视频,提取Toby在公园中与老鹰发生的故事信息(人物、地点、问题及解决办法)并以Story map的形式进行梳理;
3. 根据Story map复述Toby在自然公园与老鹰之间发生的故事,唤起人与自然和谐共处的生态意识;
4. 分享个人对类似问题的解决办法。
二、教学重难点
1、借助图文和视频,提取Toby在公园中与老鹰发生的故事信息(人物、地点、问题及解决办法)并以Story map的形式进行梳理;

三、教学过程
Step 1 Lead in
1. Enjoy a song:< Row, row your boat>
2. Free talk:
T: When you see the word “park”, what’s in your mind?
请学生说出一些有关公园的单词。
Step 2 Story Reading
1. Cover reading
a.What can you see in the cover? I can...
b.Do you have any questions about the story according to the story?
2. Picture reading (Read Page2—4)
T: What can you see in the picture?
S:I can see...
T: Where are they?
S: They are in the park.
T: Why is it a great place to fly a kite?
(教授:park ranger, open space, wind,blow)
T: Where is the kite now?
S: Maybe it is...
3.View and order(View Page5—9)
4.Read and fill(Read Page 5—9)
5. Try to retell(Read Page10—12)
Toby and John tell the park ranger about the kite and the eagle.
6. Read and predict(Read Page13—15)
T: What’s in this box? Who gets the kite back? Why is the eagle so angry with Toby at that time?
7. Enjoy Reading
Step 3 Summary
1. Look and infer
What do you think of the eagle?
What do you think of Toby?
What do you think of the park ranger?
2. Let’s learn
Keep a harmony relationship between human and the nature.
Step 4 Homework
1. Draw a picture of the park and try to introduce it.
